IT Application Specialist

This is a hybrid position in Oklahoma City.


Responsibilities of IT Application Specialist:

• Deliver hands-on technical support by resolving software issues, setting up applications, and ensuring proper configuration.
• Keep system records accurate and up-to-date for both in-house and third-party applications.
• Analyze recurring challenges, escalate complex cases to specialized teams, and oversee follow-through to resolution.
• Contribute to improving system functionality by assessing and recommending innovative technology solutions.
   

Qualifications of IT Application Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience supporting software systems for clients, internal users, and third-party vendors. 
• Technical proficiency to include AWS, Azure, Python, PowerShell, Java, Linux, Windows

Salary of IT Application Specialist: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
