Job Summary:
Serve as a senior professional on engagements, providing assurance services across various industries. Lead all phases of the audit process with minimal supervision, offering solutions to client issues, assessing internal controls, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Supervise and mentor staff, ensure quality control, and adhere to service standards.

Research and analyze financial statement issues using electronic tools.
Manage and complete moderately complex tasks independently.
Communicate timely results to clients and internal teams.
Stay current with relevant software applications and industry standards.
Participate in training, business development, and recruiting activities as needed.
Maintain chargeable hours and adhere to budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field).
CPA preferred.
2-4 years of relevant public accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and paperless auditing tools.
Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage client relationships.
