This role is essential for candidates passionate about effective project oversight, from planning to completion.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction sites, ensuring excellence in quality, schedule adherence, safety, and budget control.
• Oversee and inspect on-site work for alignment with designs, plans, specifications, subcontracts, scopes, shop drawings, and craftsmanship standards.
• Document and manage project details with daily reports, toolbox discussions, weekly meetings with foremen, two-week look-ahead schedules, and overall schedule management.
• Oversee multiple projects across various locations as needed.
• Set and maintain client expectations, addressing concerns and handling any issues with professionalism.

Skills & Abilities Guidelines

• Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction layout and basic tool use.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
• Dependable with a strong commitment to safety.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Effective communication skills and a results-driven approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
