Commercial Construction Superintendent

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience with commercial supervision experience.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they finish on time and within budget.
• Provide information and support to field crews for timely construction.
• Oversee project finances and procurement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in scheduling, estimating, and project management software.
• OSHA certification.
• BS in Construction, Architectural, or Engineering Field.

Experience:

• Ground-up construction
• Laboratory and/or hospital projects
• Education and office tenant finish
