Project Manager
Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a client seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver critical technology projects. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the success of software development initiatives as the company grows. The ideal candidate will work closely with technology, product management, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

This is a hybrid position in Oklahoma City.


Responsibilities of Project Manager:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders, to drive project success.  
• Monitor project performance, managing risks, and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.  
• Communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.  
• Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications of Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing software projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments. 
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.  
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.  
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.  
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification preferred but not required.  

Salary of Project Manager: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
