Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a client that is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our client’s growing technology team. This new position plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technology, e-commerce, and leadership teams to design and implement scalable BI solutions that enhance business performance and insights.
We highly encourage candidates to present a portfolio showcasing previously developed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
This position is a fully onsite position in Oklahoma City.Responsibilities of Business Intelligence Developer:

Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI solutions, including scalable data models, interactive dashboards, and complex DAX calculations.

Utilize Power Query and Dataflows to transform and integrate diverse data sources for optimized analytics.

Ensure data governance and security, implementing role-based access controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and executive-level reports.

Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support analytical and operational reporting.

Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance BI performance to drive data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications of Business Intelligence Developer:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a data-centric role (BI Developer, Data Engineer, Database Administrator, etc.).

Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.

Extensive experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.

Ability to work cross-functionally with business teams to define reporting requirements and deliver high-impact insights.

Experience with cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Background in e-commerce or financial reporting is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering trends and patterns in data.
Salary of Business Intelligence Developer: $90,000 - 110,000 depending on experience
