We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team and work closely with accounting professionals , delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.
- Reconcile bank accounts and track loan balances and interest.
- Handle accounts payable, including invoice entry and check writing.
- Create invoices, process payments, and manage bank deposits.
- Prepare and interpret basic financial statements.
- Perform payroll processing, payroll tax filings, and generate payroll reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Capable of following directions while working independently.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
