Job Title: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the accounting team.
• Manage the closing process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP or relevant standards.
• Help coordinate audits.
• Improve accounting policies and processes.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP 
• Experience with accounting software (ERP systems preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
