Overview

• Lead project teams in developing land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
• Manage a variety of projects, including urban redevelopment, industrial sites, and educational facilities.
• Oversee all phases of project management, including quality control, budgeting, and client interaction.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers, reviewing design aspects such as site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management, water quality, and utilities.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and government officials throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to final completion.
• Ensure successful navigation of the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction stages.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
• Professional Engineering License (P.E.);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience in developing and mentoring engineering staff;
• Ability to provide technical reviews of Civil Engineering work;
• Experience in proposal preparation and project management;
• Networking and business development skills.
