Temporary Recruiting Support

Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a nonprofit organization seeking temporary recruiting support. This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, making outbound calls, and keeping a busy process organized.

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective candidates or participants, answer questions, and follow up.
• Conduct phone conversations, coordinate next steps, and help move people through the process.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications: Strong communication skills, a friendly phone presence, and comfort making outbound calls. Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.

Temporary role pays between $19–$20/hour.
