What You'll Do

As a key member of the technology team, you will help design and develop the systems that turn complex business data into trusted, actionable information.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, and supporting scalable Databricks-based data pipelines
  • Developing new ETL and ELT processes while enhancing and troubleshooting existing data workflows
  • Creating reliable data integrations using Python, SQL, Spark, and Azure technologies
  • Helping establish a consistent, enterprise-wide single source of truth for critical business data
  • Supporting analytics initiatives that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
  • Building and optimizing backend APIs and services when application development is needed to support data processes
  • Collaborating with analysts, business teams, and data owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Participating in code reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and CI/CD processes
  • Modernizing legacy reporting and data warehouse solutions to align with cloud-first architecture

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a hands-on engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for solving business problems through data.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or related disciplines
  • Strong proficiency with Python and SQL
  • Experience designing and supporting ETL or ELT pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, or similar large-scale data processing platforms
  • Experience working with SQL Server or comparable relational databases
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other enterprise reporting platforms
  • Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, or Entity Framework
  • Exposure to ERP data integrations and enterprise business systems
  • Experience supporting large-scale operational or industrial businesses
  • Knowledge of SAP data structures and integration methodologies
