What You'll Do

• Enhance and maintain existing enterprise applications used across the organization
• Develop and support APIs and system integrations
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues impacting business operations
• Design, build, test, and deploy custom software enhancements and new functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot application defects and improve system performance
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities following established SDLC processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and system changes
• Work closely with developers, business users, and technology leadership to prioritize and execute projects

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of software or application development experience
• Strong experience with:
  • C#
  • .NET Framework / ASP.NET WebForms or MVC
  • SQL Server
• Understanding of:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery
• Experience troubleshooting production applications and resolving data issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Experience

• Exposure to Python, Databricks, or modern data platforms
• Experience supporting ERP, accounting, operational, or industry-specific business applications
• Background working within asset-intensive industries such as energy, manufacturing, utilities, transportation, or industrial operations
