Lead Technology for a Growing Multi-Site Organization

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + Benefits

What You'll Do

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's technology environment.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop an established IT team
• Create accountability, priorities, and clear performance expectations
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture
• Partner with operational and executive leaders throughout the business

Technology Operations

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across corporate and field locations
• Ensure reliability of networks, servers, endpoints, telecommunications, wireless environments, and business applications
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle planning and technology asset management
• Provide hands-on support and guidance for complex technical issues when needed

Multi-Site Technology Management

• Support mission-critical systems across a large distributed environment
• Coordinate technology needs related to site openings, relocations, and operational changes
• Prioritize incidents and outages based on business impact
• Ensure strong escalation and support processes are in place

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Maintain security controls, access management, patching, backup, and recovery processes
• Lead incident response efforts and technology risk mitigation
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Protect company information and critical business systems

Vendor & Financial Management

• Own strategic relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and hold vendors accountable
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
• Develop budgets, business cases, and technology investment plans
• Ensure maximum value from current technology investments

Technology Strategy

• Develop practical technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Advise executive leadership on risks, investments, and technology opportunities
• Evaluate solutions based on business need, security, supportability, and return on investment
• Balance operational stability with strategic improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Previous IT leadership or IT management experience
• Experience leading and developing technical teams
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience managing technology operations across multiple locations
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and endpoint management
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and technology spending
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

• Retail, hospitality, distribution, grocery, or other high-availability operational environments
• Point-of-sale (POS) or transaction-based system support
• Microsoft-centric technology environments
• Technology planning for geographically dispersed organizations
