Fuse3 is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to support and enhance a Workforce Management solution built on the Salesforce platform. This contract role focuses on daily administration, troubleshooting, and APEX development to ensure smooth, reliable system performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Salesforce forms 

• Manage field?level security, validations, and permissions

• Develop, update, and optimize APEX code 

• Administer user profiles and service accounts

• Write and tune SOQL queries, including cross?object and performance?focused queries

• Troubleshoot issues and maintain platform stability

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide clear status updates

Qualifications

• Strong hands?on experience with the Salesforce platform

• Proficiency in APEX development

• Advanced SOQL query skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Ability to work independently and deliver high?quality results on time
