About the Role

A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its team. This position will focus on reviewing aging accounts, researching discrepancies, and resolving outstanding balances within a healthcare environment.

This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and previous medical or healthcare accounting experience.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze aging accounts and outstanding balances.
Research and resolve account discrepancies.
Identify issues and determine appropriate next steps for resolution.
Work with internal teams to resolve outstanding items.
Monitor aging reports and identify trends or recurring issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with reporting, process improvements, and special projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
Previous medical or healthcare industry experience required.
Experience researching and reconciling complex accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
