Position Overview
We are working with an Oklahoma City-based company seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee staff, and help ensure quality service across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, maintaining client relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support day-to-day operations and team performance.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure company standards are met.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and address operational needs.
- Assist with scheduling, account support, and other operational responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
