Assistant Manager – Oklahoma City, OK

Position Overview
We are working with an Oklahoma City-based company seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee staff, and help ensure quality service across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, maintaining client relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support day-to-day operations and team performance.
  • Train and onboard new employees.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure company standards are met.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and address operational needs.
  • Assist with scheduling, account support, and other operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations as needed.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
