Position: Data Administrator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Compensation: $50,000-60,000
The Data Administrator will oversee the organization's data integrity and business systems, ensuring accurate, reliable information to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role serves as the primary administrator for Salesforce and related systems, manages data quality, reporting, user access, and system improvements, and partners with internal teams to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce and related business systems, including user accounts, permissions, and security.
- Monitor and maintain data quality by identifying, investigating, and resolving data integrity issues.
- Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Looker, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data imports and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Support business operations through accurate reporting, data management, and system administration.
- Train staff on system functionality and data quality best practices.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Document business processes and maintain system procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, Salesforce administration, CRM administration, or systems administration.
- Experience administering Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven experience with ETL processes and data integrations.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and data integrity.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
