Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a growing local organization seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of accounting functions, including month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and support reporting efforts
• Maintain accurate general ledger records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 
• 1–4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation: $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits.
