Job Title: Customer Service Representative - PT

Location: Oklahoma City, OK 

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assist customers with their orders and provide support as needed

• Accurately enter and update customer order information in the system

• Handle customer questions, concerns, and order-related inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer needs

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred, call center experience a plus

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment

• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $15/hour

• Fully in-office position
