Salary range $60-90k DOE plus benefits package.

Fuse3 Solutions is working with a financial services institution in Oklahoma City. Our client is seeking a IT Analyst Project Manager to help improve the business processes, systems, and technology that support operations and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving operational efficiency, and partnering with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. You'll analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, manage cross-functional projects, and help drive technology initiatives that enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current business processes, systems, and technology to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction.
Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements based on operational data and business needs.
Design, test, and implement new business processes and technology solutions.
Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation while managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Create and maintain process documentation, project documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related
3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, business operations, process improvement, systems analysis, or a related role.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Power BI.
