Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a commercial insurance company seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a book of business and support producers with new and renewal accounts. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing the details of an account and working closely with producers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client requests, answer coverage questions and resolve service issues.
• Prepare submissions, proposals and coverage summaries for new and renewal business.
• Review policies for accuracy and process binders, certificates, auto ID cards, invoices and other documents.
• Maintain accurate account records in EPIC and follow up on audits, claims, past-due accounts and renewals.

Qualifications

• Commercial lines experience in an insurance agency required; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to read policies, explain coverage and identify potential gaps.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Insurance license required; CISR designation preferred.

The salary range is $50,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
