Position: Principal Network Engineer – Tulsa, OK (On-Site)

Fuse3 Solutions is searching for a senior hands-on engineering role focused on designing, implementing, and supporting global enterprise network infrastructure across hybrid environments. This position ensures secure, reliable connectivity for critical operations worldwide while maintaining compliance with IT governance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise networks using Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, and F5 technologies
• Support hybrid WAN environments including MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA, and satellite connectivity
• Improve network performance, availability, security, and scalability
• Lead network security initiatives including Zero Trust and segmentation strategies
• Manage documentation, disaster recovery plans, and change management processes
• Lead infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, and support major outage response
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to IT leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise networking experience in regulated environments
• Active CCNP certification required
• Strong expertise in Cisco networking, routing/switching, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, wireless, and F5 load balancing
• Experience with AAA services, Cisco ISE, Azure AD, and cloud networking
• Advanced troubleshooting and packet analysis skills
• Preferred: CCIE, cloud certifications, automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform), and IT/OT networking experience

Additional Details

• On-site role in Tulsa, OK with occasional travel (up to 10%)
