Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining friendly relations with customers and vendors
- Handling incoming calls and emails as needed for customer support
- Assisting the Sales Team by providing quotes, setting up orders, and arranging logistics
- Organizing and maintaining sales documents
- Scheduling / Updating customers with order status and shipments
- Following up on quotes and shipped orders for feedback
- Read and disseminate information from internal reports
Requirements :
- Computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Resourceful, organized, dependable, and detail oriented
- Team player / ability to work in a small office environment
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
- Good communication and critical thinking skills
- Capable of prioritizing and executing tasks without constant supervision
