Accounts Receivable Specialist

Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a growing Oklahoma City company seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily accounting operations and customer billing activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong collections, invoicing, and reconciliation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts
• Process customer payments, credit memos, and account adjustments
• Submit invoices through multiple channels including portals and pay applications
• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities
• Support multi-state sales tax processing and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records within the company ERP system
• Provide high-level customer service and resolve billing discrepancies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
• Background within manufacturing, construction, or related industries preferred
• Familiarity with multi-state sales tax filings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
