Real Estate Paralegal

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a respected Oklahoma City law firm seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing team. This role supports attorneys with commercial real estate, corporate, and financing transactions by preparing legal documents, coordinating closings, and managing transaction files from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents related to commercial real estate, financing, and business transactions.

• Review title commitments, surveys, and other real estate documents and assist with resolving title issues.

• Coordinate closings with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and surveyors.

• Prepare and maintain closing checklists, closing binders, and transaction files.

• Draft deeds, mortgages, UCC filings, business formation documents, and other transactional documents.

• Organize and maintain corporate records and ownership documentation.

• Manage electronic files and document management systems while ensuring accuracy and organization.

• Assist attorneys with various transactional and corporate matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on transactional or real estate law.

• Experience preparing closing documents and supporting commercial real estate transactions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and document management abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal document management systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification.

• Experience with LexisNexis, Westlaw, iManage, or PCLaw.

• Background supporting corporate transactions or business entity formation.

Starting salary is $60,000+ depending on experience.
