Job Title: Software Developer (Full Stack)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and development of internal systems and client-facing applications. This role will play a key part in improving system integrations, optimizing performance, and delivering high-quality software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and improve a client-facing portal used for sample submissions and results reporting
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
Ensure adherence to internal safety standards, policies, and operational protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in C#, T-SQL, PHP, and JavaScript
Experience with frameworks such as .NET Core
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 3 years of front-end development experience
Experience with modern application development and learning new technologies quickly
Experience with REST APIs and technologies such as Vue.js, SignalR, OAuth, Blazor, Docker, DevOps tools, and SQL Server
Experience with DevOps practices such as Docker or Kubernetes

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000
