Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a local financial services organization in hiring an experienced Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who can analyze business processes, design scalable solutions, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive workflow automation and processes.

This position is ideal for Business Analysts that enjoy working with high performing teams, face to face interaction with technical and non-technical groups, and want to impact change to contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities include:

Analyze business problems and create technical solutions for multiple departments
Design and build workflow applications to automate and streamline business processes
Create process flow diagrams, technical workflows, and future state designs
Develop intuitive user forms, dashboards, and automation solutions
Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership throughout the full lifecycle including design, build, testing, training, and implementation
Support testing efforts, including UAT preparation, issue resolution, and end-user support
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Evaluate business needs and prioritize solutions based on value, scalability, and practicality

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis

Working knowledge of SQL including queries, joins, and data structures
Experience with process mapping tools

Compensation

Target salary range: $75,000 to $85,000, with flexibility up to $90,000 depending on experience
