Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a company that is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily AP operations and support a high-performing team. This role oversees the end-to-end payables process, ensures accuracy and timeliness, and drives process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and payments
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve inquiries
• Maintain vendor records and purchasing system data
• Support monthly close activities, including accruals
• Oversee 1099 reporting and compliance requirements
• Monitor workflows, identify issues, and implement improvements
• Lead, train, and develop team members
• Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of accounts payable or related experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
