Are you detail-oriented, curious, and eager to start your career in the energy industry? We’re looking for an entry-level Owner Relations Representative to join a growing team and support mineral/royalty owners with accurate, timely information.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex information, and delivering excellent customer service.
Serve as the first point of contact for owner inquiries via phone, email, and mail
Investigate and resolve basic questions regarding owner accounts, payments, wells, and leases
Navigate multiple internal systems to research and retrieve information
Review updated process documentation and coordinate with internal teams as needed
Process address changes, account updates, and documentation
Route inquiries to the correct departments and ensure timely follow-up
Prepare and send written correspondence when required
Support the Owner Relations team with additional tasks as assigned
Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly
Curious and willing to dig into details to find solutions
Comfortable learning multiple software systems
Ability to understand and apply basic oil & gas terminology (training provided)
Familiarity with lease provisions, revenue accounting, or division orders is a plus (not required)
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, administrative work, energy, or related fields

This role is primarily office-based with frequent sitting and computer use. Occasional standing, walking, or light lifting (up to 10 lbs) may be needed.
