Position: Senior Accountant 

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a strong organization that is searching for a The Senior Accountant is responsible for leading the month-end close process and overseeing billing and accounts receivable to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze variances.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Oversee customer billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger and monitor aging.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and partner with operations and leadership.
• Support audits, process improvements, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close and AR/billing experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience preferred.
• CPA or CPA-eligible a plus.

The salary range for the Cost Accountant starts at $80k-$95k/year and goes up based on experience.
