Accounts Receivable Specialist – Contract
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $18–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
Assignment Type: Temporary 

Position Overview
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist a high-volume accounting team for a short-term project. This person will be responsible for payment processing, reconciliations, and supporting AR cleanup efforts. The role requires strong accuracy, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, check)
• Research unapplied payments and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist with aging report cleanup
• Prepare customer statements, credits, and adjustments
• Assist with month-end AR reporting and documentation
• Support general administrative accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and following defined processes
• Proficient with computers and basic accounting software
