We’re looking for an Applications Analyst to support enterprise, financial, and clinical applications across the organization. This role focuses on system analysis, testing, upgrades, documentation, and ensuring applications run reliably for end users.
Analyze current systems and workflows; recommend design changes or enhancements.
Support evaluation of new software solutions, including performance, reliability, deployment requirements, and long-term maintainability.
Review hardware/software combinations and recommend best-practice options.
Assist with application transition from project implementation into operational support.
Collaborate with technical teams to perform structured testing and document results.
Maintain accurate as-built architecture documentation.
Plan, document, and implement software updates, patches, and upgrades.
Follow organizational safety, compliance, and security standards when working in both office and clinical environments.
Reports to the Manager or Director of the department.
Bachelor’s degree + 2 years relevant experience
OR Associate’s degree + 4 years
OR 6 years of directly related experience.
Experience with financial, clinical, or enterprise applications.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to obtain ITIL certification within 6 months of hire.
Certifications in the technologies supported by the role (as required).
Must meet any licensure requirements applicable to the assigned systems.
Experience with Radiology PACS/RIS systems, document imaging, or medical record imaging preferred.
Must obtain certification in AGFA PACS, OnBase, Teramedica, or an equivalent imaging platform within six months.
Familiarity with systems such as Fuji PACS, Hillrom, Philips, Powerscribe, Powershare, Capsule, Spacelabs, or similar clinical applications.
Field-service experience supporting non-clinical applications is also acceptable.
Ability to create and maintain SOPs, training materials, user guides, and deliver end-user training.
Understanding of data privacy, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
This is a 12 month contract engagement with a pay rate of $50-55 per hour depending on experience.
