Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Administrator to support, configure, and enhance our cloud-based ERP environment. This position requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to work closely with both IT and Finance teams. This role follows a hybrid schedule with the majority of time onsite in Oklahoma City


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP and Accounting modules to support evolving business needs.

  • Manage quarterly updates, patches, and system upgrades, ensuring a stable and compliant environment.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support overall application reliability.

  • Administer user access, security roles, and provisioning to maintain proper controls and data integrity.

  • Perform data imports and migrations using FBDI, ADFDi, and related tools.

  • Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems using APIs and integration technologies.

  • Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for ongoing reference.

  • Use Jira to track work items, change requests, and system improvements.

  • Provide foundational support for reporting tools such as OTBI, Smart View, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Planning teams to maintain stable touchpoints between ERP and budgeting systems.


Technical Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, especially Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).

  • Proficiency in SQL/PL/SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tools and environments.

  • Familiarity with Oracle integration frameworks (OIC, REST services, APIs).

  • Understanding of the Oracle Fusion security model and role-based access controls.

  • Experience supporting system patches, quarterly updates, and impact analysis.

  • Ability to plan tasks, provide effort estimates, and work within Agile methodologies.

  • Oracle certifications are a plus.

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable asking questions to clarify requirements.


Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting or administering Oracle Fusion or cloud ERP platforms.

  • Hands-on experience configuring Fusion Financials modules.

  • Solid understanding of accounting concepts within an ERP environment.

  • Experience with data loading tools such as FBDI, ADFDi, or similar.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience with budgeting/planning tools or analytics platforms is beneficial.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business groups.

  • Ability to build productive relationships with Finance teams, IT staff, leadership, and external partners.

  • Must pass standard background requirements.

  • Hybrid work model with most days spent onsite for effective collaboration.


    This position is a contract to hire with the pay rate ranging from $55-$65 an hour depending on experience level.
