Position: Director of FP&A

The Director of FP&A will support the CFO and broader leadership team through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general business analysis. This role works closely with various departments to provide insights that support decision-making and ongoing operational performance.

This role works closely with various departments to provide insights that support decision-making and ongoing operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial and operational trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Maintain and refine reporting tools, metrics, and financial models as needed.
- Provide analysis for pricing, profitability, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives.
- Support leadership with presentations and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
- Participate in financial reviews related to potential business opportunities or acquisitions.
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; several years of relevant experience.
- Strong Excel capabilities and comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to partner across teams.
