About the Role

The Division Order Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the investment and land teams by analyzing leases, title documents, and ownership records to ensure accurate and timely division order processing. This is a great fit for someone who loves problem-solving, researching, and working in a collaborative yet agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process division orders with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify ownership interests and ensure internal records align with payor/operator data

  • Identify and resolve NRI discrepancies and follow up with operators as needed

  • Research and respond to documentation requests from payors

  • Assist with title and curative matters when issues arise

  • Maintain payor data within internal systems

  • Support administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and mailing division orders

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in special projects


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of division order experience

  • Strong understanding of the energy industry and mineral ownership

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities

  • Strong judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
