Project Manager – ERP Implementation
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)
Term: Contract
Pay: $60–$70/hour (based on experience)
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and subsequent system enhancements. This role will manage timelines, resources, and communication across multiple departments and vendors to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.
The Project Manager will coordinate ERP rollouts, oversee integration of new modules, and drive ongoing process optimization efforts such as reporting automation, dashboard development, and budget enhancements. This is a high-impact role that works closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to streamline operations and increase efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead planning, coordination, and execution for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and related projects. Manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure deliverables stay on track.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, track progress, and resolve issues.
Facilitate meetings, communicate updates, and maintain accountability across all stakeholders.
Support process improvements and system enhancements post-implementation.
Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
Proven success leading ERP or enterprise technology implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
