Be the go-to support for daily HR operations
Help recruit awesome new team members—post jobs, review resumes, schedule interviews
Welcome new hires through smooth, engaging onboarding experiences
Keep employee records organized and up to date
Assist with benefits, employee questions, and HR system updates
Jump in on fun HR projects around culture, engagement, and training
Ensure the company is staying compliant with policies and employment laws
Be a trusted point of contact for team members and managers
Associates OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required)
A genuine interest in people and workplace culture
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
