Position: Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for calls, visitors, and general inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Manage mail, supplies, and general office logistics.
  • Assist with internal communication, meeting coordination, and basic reporting.
  • Support various departments with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training preferred.
  • 3–5 years of office or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
