IT Business Analyst
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid)
Term: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives and help drive data-informed decision-making within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background working with ERP systems, thrives on solving complex business challenges, and brings a strategic, innovative mindset to every project.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of needs and translating them into actionable requirements.

• Leverage data analysis to support and influence decision-making across departments.

• Document business processes, workflows, and system integrations to support ERP-related initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to innovate, streamline, and improve operational efficiency.

• Support testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in IT with an emphasis on implementations, migrations, modernizations, etc.

• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to business decisions.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate alignment across teams.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Must be located in or able to commute to Oklahoma City for hybrid on-site work.
