Full Stack Developer
Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a privately owned organization in the Oklahoma City area to hire a Full Stack Developer. This is a fully onsite opportunity offering stability, ownership, and the ability to directly impact multiple in-house systems across several business entities.
Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer

Serve as the sole developer responsible for maintaining and enhancing custom in-house applications that support multiple business units under the parent company.

Develop and support full stack solutions using PHP, .NET, and relational databases.

Collaborate directly with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical solutions, and deliver enhancements.

Maintain existing applications while identifying opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and scalability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack — frontend, backend, and database.

Handle full development lifecycle — from concept and architecture through build, testing, deployment, and support.
Qualifications of the Full Stack Developer

3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

Hands-on development experience with PHP and .NET frameworks.

Strong understanding of database development and data modeling (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).

Ability to work independently and thrive in a role with high ownership and autonomy.

Experience supporting custom, internally built business applications is a strong plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to interface directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Salary Range of Full Stack Developer: $80,000 - 95,000 depending on experience
