Position: Senior Accountant

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with an organization that is searching for a strong Senior Accountant. This is a great opportunity to work directly under the CFO on a wide range of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Asset Management, Sales Tax filings, and Month-End Close. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
• Oversee Fixed Asset Management including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare and file Sales Tax returns for Oklahoma and Arkansas.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with Month-End Close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Support management with account analysis, variance explanations, and other ad-hoc reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

The salary range for the Senior Accountant is $70k-$80k/year based on experience.
