A fast-growing boutique law firm is seeking an Operations & Legal Strategy Manager to help scale and refine its operations. This role combines legal operations, HR oversight, and project management — perfect for someone with a start-up mindset who thrives on creating structure, leading teams, and improving systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day firm operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and smooth workflow.
Collaborate with firm leadership to execute strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Supervise and support administrative and paralegal staff.
Lead process improvement and system implementation projects.
Manage HR and administrative functions (recruiting, onboarding, performance, etc.).
Maintain and enhance technology and case management platforms.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.
Partner with leadership to enhance the client experience and support firm growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing operations, teams, or projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and automation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Legal or paralegal experience strongly preferred.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $70,000–$100,000 (DOE)
