Applications Analyst

The Applications Analyst supports enterprise applications throughout their lifecycle — from implementation and upgrades to maintenance and operational support. This role ensures that systems are optimized, stable, and aligned with organizational standards for technology governance and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Boomi Certification (required)

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 4 years, or 6 years of equivalent experience

• Background supporting financial, clinical, or enterprise systems

• ITIL certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated expertise and certification in supported technologies

Preferred Experience:

• UKG/Kronos (Workforce WFM Pro, Timekeeping, Absence)

• Experience working with cross-reference tables

Core Responsibilities:

System Analysis & Design

• Evaluate current systems, workflows, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Assess hardware and software configurations and recommend best practices.

• Review new software products for performance, reliability, deployment, and maintainability.

Implementation & Transition

• Support new application deployments and system upgrades from project phase to operations.

• Collaborate with design and project teams to conduct structured testing and document results.

• Maintain and update system architecture documentation to reflect the current environment.

Operations & Support

• Plan, document, and implement software patches and upgrades.

• Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance and service operations.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Develop and deliver end-user and team training using adult learning principles across various learning methods.

  Pay range while on contract is between $50-$55 per hour based on experience.
