Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Professional to provide technical support and assistance across hardware, software, and company-specific systems. This role involves working closely with end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and company-specific applications.
Troubleshoot and repair end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist with Help Desk incidents and service requests.
Support Hardware Asset Management processes and requests.
Provide assistance with Audio-Visual systems and related support needs.
Escalate complex incidents and requests to appropriate teams as necessary.
Communicate transparently and effectively with end users and internal teams.
Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
