SAP Security Administrator
Fuse3 Solutions has partnered with a leading energy organization in Oklahoma City to hire an SAP Security Administrator. This is a direct-hire position offering excellent pay, outstanding benefits, and an incredible bonus program.
This person will serve as the go-to expert for SAP security and governance, managing access, Firefighter IDs, and GRC tools across a modern SAP S/4HANA environment. The role will support multiple SAP landscapes and ensure proper controls, compliance, and security best practices are in place.
Design, implement, and maintain SAP S/4HANA security roles and authorizations to support business and IT operations.
Manage Firefighter ID assignments and log reviews to meet compliance and audit standards.
Oversee GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM.
Monitor system activity and perform regular reviews to ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.
Collaborate with functional and BASIS teams to troubleshoot access issues and streamline security processes.
Support patching, upgrades, and system testing from a security perspective.
Generate and maintain SOX, audit, and compliance reports.
Identify and mitigate security risks through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
Provide technical support for day-to-day security operations, including user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Partner with management and governance teams to strengthen identity and access management controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of hands-on SAP Security/GRC experience supporting ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts and Firefighter ID management.
Proven background working with GRC 10.x or higher for access control, role design, and SoD reporting.
Experience with role remediation, catalog/group design for Fiori apps, and mass role maintenance.
Understanding of compliance and audit frameworks (e.g., SOX) and experience generating related reports.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
$160,000 – $190,000 base (depending on experience) plus a substantial performance-based bonus and full benefits package.
