Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry/Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and provide excellent service. This role involves entering orders accurately, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Entry: Accurately enter and process customer orders, including changes or cancellations.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly.
• Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate product and service information to customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience in customer service or order entry.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
