The Treasury Manager will oversee the company's daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity, banking relationships, and compliance. They will also provide leadership to the treasury team while supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and working capital needs.
- Oversee banking relationships, accounts, and treasury systems.
- Support forecasting, reporting, and capital markets activities.
- Ensure accurate payments, journal entries, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor treasury staff while driving process efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to resolve treasury matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, forecasting, and banking practices.
- Leadership experience with ability to manage a team.
- Effective communicator and problem solver with attention to detail.
- Treasury certifications and system experience preferred.
