Medical Billing Supervisor

Fuse3 is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage claims processing and reimbursement activities. This role involves reviewing, submitting, and following up on various claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor claim status and follow up as needed to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain records of all claim activity and collection efforts.
• Prepare reports and support various operational programs.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Some college or business-related coursework preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Claims
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic claims processing and billing.

Pay: $22-$25 / HR depending on education and experience.
