What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT professionals.
- Drive business development, building lasting relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Act as a founding recruiter for the IT division in Tulsa, helping lay the foundation for future team growth.
- Partner closely with leadership to identify growth strategies, new accounts, and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top IT talent to stay ahead of client needs.
- Negotiate offers and oversee placements from start to finish.
- Recruiting/staffing experience (IT preferred, but strong sales + recruiting mindset is key).
- Proven business development skills with the ability to win new clients and accounts.
- Entrepreneurial drive — excited to grow something, not just maintain it.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
