Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders, primarily through outbound calls. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and able to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assist customers with their orders and provide support as needed

• Accurately enter and update customer order information in the system

• Handle customer questions, concerns, and order-related inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer needs

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred, call center experience a plus

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment

• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $15/hour

• 9 AM - 6 PM 

• Fully in-office position
